It won’t take our guests very long at all to notice that we like drinks and puns, so this menu leans in from the very title itself. “Holiday Spirits” both of joy and love, and of bourbon and gin. Either way, more cause for cheer.

Rum Rum Rudolph

2oz Appleton Rum
0.5oz Chai 5:1
0.25oz DaVinci Gourmet Cinnamon Bark Syrup
3oz Oat Milk
Slight shake, pour back into glass and top with cinnamon dusted marshmallows. Serve with a red and green straw

0.25oz Sage Syrup
Lemon Zest



Sleigh Rye

1.5oz Redemption Rye
1.5oz Port Wine
4 dashes Rhubarb Bitters
Clean pour
Light dusting cinnamon powder
Lime zest



Egg Nog

1 Whole Egg
1.5oz Heavy Whipping Cream
0.75oz Meyers Dark Rum
0.75 Four Roses Bourbon
2 dashes Nutmeg
3 drops Saline
Dry shake
Wet shake, clean pour
Light dusting nutmeg to finish
